This CD is cool, I like AC/DC but to hear a bluegrass version of the songs is wild! and these guy's are awesome musicians no doubt ! Really enjoy the music !
Old age does not mean you can't listen to intertaining music. Got this in my car and blast it while I drive alone. My wife doesn't care for it. Thinks it might make me drive too fast. I like it.
This music is funny funny ! Thats right, funny...that doesn't mean that i think the style or the sound of the band isnt great, cause it is. And i'll enjoy listening to them everywhere. But c'mone it's funny!
For the hillbilly buddy down the street this was a great gift! My friend loves country and this was a perfect solution to barbque parties I can enjoy some AcDc and he can appreciate the country music.
This album is worth one listen for the novelty only. There isn't anything terrible about it and maybe if I weren't such a big AC/DC fan I would have enjoyed it more. I'm not a "purist". I don't get infuriated when someone covers one of my favorite bands, this album just isn't entertaining. The musicianship is adequete, I just don't see much appeal besides pulling it out at a party for a laugh. I can't really think of who the blue grass versions of these songs would appeal to. Judging by the rave reviews here though there is a demand for this kind of thing. I like blue grass, and I love AC/DC but I think my money would be better spent somewhere else.
Für Fans der guten alten AC/DC mal was neues... AC/DC im County-style: witzig, eingängig, zum Mitschmettern und abhotten... eben so ne richtig gute CD !!
