It's with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to another one of "those voices" in the KPIG realm. Sherman Caughman - better known as "Unkle Sherman" - left us yesterday after a long battle with cancer. Sherman was one of the original KFAT DJs who came to Freedom and went on the air with KPIG at its launch in the mid-late 1980s.

He was with the pig until the early 2010s. Sherman was seriously a true original, and the best way to really him is to just turn him loose and let him tell his story in his own words. Check out the video in the full post.
